Mail client setup

You can setup your E-mail client such as outlook, outlook express or any other to receive mail through our mail server via POP3 using the following settings:
  • Incoming mail server (POP3):
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
  • Username (Account):
  • Password:

For security reasons 123 Internet mail server will only allow mail to be sent through SMTP if the sender is connected to 123's Network.

User Webspace setup

To access your user webspace you need to follow the below instructions:
  • Use an FTP program to ftp to: users.123.net.au
  • Use your dialup login username and password to login to this ftp site (The username must be: username@users i.e: jsmith@users)
  • Upload only HTML and graphics (gif, jpg ...) files to your home directory
  • Access your website via: http://users.123.net.au/[your login]/ eg: http://users.123.net.au/john/

Dialup settings

If you have signed up using our web interface and followed the instruction after creating the username and password and ran the setup file upon registration (Final step clicked on the "Setup" button). Then you would not need to follow any of the below procedures unless you have lost you dialup settings somehow.
